Another 10th anniversary event was celebrated at the Cove Creek High School in Sugar Grove this summer. The regionally-popular Blood Sweat and Gears Bicycle Run took place in Sugar Grove North Carolina in June. Over 1000 cyclists completed either the 100 mile course or the 50 mile course in western Watauga County . .
